Rafayel hotel for Battersea's Left Bank
A 65-bedroom hotel called Rafayel is to be built at the new Falcon Wharf Development in Battersea, London.
The eco-friendly five-star hotel will also offer 15 apartments, a 120-cover waterfront Banyan Riverside restaurant, a bar, lounge and café, as well as meeting and conference facilities.
The Rafayel Wa Michi Wellbeing Spa accommodated within the hotel will be operated by Content and Wellworld Spas.
Developer Ike Latif of company Latis said: "The concept of the hotel on the capital's new Left Bank in the culturally prosperous environ of Battersea is a key step forward in formalising the renaissance of Battersea, not unlike the discovery and patronage of the Seine's Rive Gauche by intellectual greats like Sartre, de Beauvoir, Zola, Camus or Hemingway and Fitzgerald."
The new facility is set to open in December.
