Ramoji Movie Magic park close to reality
Ramoji Film City, a leader in film, tv, print media and leisure entertainment, is developing the largest movie theme park in south-east Asia.
Capitalising on the drawing power of the existing Ramoji Film City, the first phase of the new Ramoji Movie Magic Park is slated to open in mid-2004. The new park is being overseen by Rajeev Jalnapurkar, general manager of Ramoji Film City Tourism Division.
Jim Levesque will be directing the project's master planning, design development, facility construction and attraction installation. The 32-acre park will have seven themed zones, which will be combined with the existing Eureka park. There will be major ride and show attractions including The Final Cut Hall of Fame, Alien Discovery and Hollywood Theater, plus F&B. Find out more from Levesque, who will be speaking at TiLE 2003 in Berlin (17-19 June).
