Rare treasures go on show at Corbridge Roman Town
English Heritage has announced that a collection of rare treasures have now gone on display as part of a new interactive exhibit at Corbridge Roman Town, Northumberland.
The Corbridge Hoard is one of the most significant archaeological finds of Roman artefacts to be unearthed in Hadrian's Wall Country, with the items dating back nearly 2,000 years.
Among the features of the display and exhibit is never-before-seen footage of the excavation in 1964 and the presentation of Roman armour in its original state.
