Record number of registrations for REPs
The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) clocked up a record number of registrations and re-registrations during the month of February.
Registrar Cliff Collins told delegates at the REPs’ convention that for the first time more than 2,800 applications had been processed against the normal 1,500.
He said: “In just four years of operation we have more than 23,000 members which is fantastic but for us the measure of our success has always been in the number of members who then re-register.
“February’s figures show us that we are working in the right direction and we hope that with the increased awareness of the importance of keeping membership up to date that our latest campaign is bringing we’ll be able to keep this level of productivity up.”
