Red Door Holdings (RDH) has launched the group’s first Ayurvedic programme at the latest addition to its portfolio, the Red Door Lifestyle Spa in South Florida, US.

The programme features Abhyanga massage and Shirodhara therapy, which both utilise gentle massage techniques and herbal infused body oils to restore inner calm. Both therapies are extremely personalised and require especially-trained spa technicians to analyse guests’ mind and body types.

Senior training manager at RDH, Gail Rush, said: “Through these two new therapies, we are introducing guests to a solid foundation of prevention and healing practices. The treatments are perfect for a wide range of people, from spa-savvy guests looking for something new to purists and the health-conscious.”
