Relais and Chateaux releases cookbook
Luxury independent hotel group Relais and Châteaux has reavealed a new cookbook with nearly 100 recipes from 29 establishments.
Chefs recipes include Heston Blumenthal's 'Sound of the Sea' from the Fat Duck, which should ideally be eaten while listening to the sound of waves on an iPod.
Other participants include Raymond Blanc, Alain Roux and Michael Caines. Each dish is accompanied by a wine suggestion from Harrison Vintners.
The book is published by Network Publishing Ltd, sponsored by Yes Chef! magazine and is available online or at Relais and Chateaux properties.
