Retention seminars attract crowds

The series of retention seminars jointly hosted by the FIA and Bodylife have been extremely well-received, with both Milton Keynes and New Malden events attracting a high number of attendants.

A key speaker was Melvyn Hillsdon of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, who presented on the FIA's research into retention. Other speakers included presenter/consultant Ian Parker of Nobody's Perfect and Paul Shinners of Technogym.
