Revised plans for Chester city square scheme
Cheshire West and Chester Council (CWCC) has submitted its revised plans for the city's Cathedral Quarter Project, which have been shaped following a public consultation.
It is hoped that the development will lead to the creation of "one of the most impressive city squares in Europe" and will help improve the setting of Chester Cathedral.
CWCC is working with the cathedral and Chester Renaissance on the £3m project, with the first phase to incorporate improvements to cathedral and its precinct.
Plans are set to go before the council's planning committee next month.
