Rex Restaurant Associates is to open a new restaurant on London's Marylebone High Street.
Previously trading as Cotidie, the restaurant - approximately 3,000sq ft - is to be renamed Fischer's and will be influenced by early 20th Century Vienna. Opening is scheduled for Spring 2014.
Rex already operates a number of iconic London restaurants including The Wolseley, The Delaunay, Colbert and Brasserie Zedel.
Leisure specialists DCL advised Rex Restaurant Associates on the acquisition.
