Rezidor SAS Hospitality is to take over the management of nine hotels by the beginning of December, all to be operated under the Park Inn brand in the UK as part of a long-term agreement.

From 14 October, Rezidor will take over five properties’ management with a four further hotels following from 1 December, including the group’s first property in Wales.

Totalling 1,196 bedrooms, the nine hotels all offer a restaurant and bar, conference facilities and health club, were previously part of the Queens Moat House Group and have been sold by Goldman Sachs and Westmont Hospitality to Jefferson Hotel LLP. Details: www.rezidorsas.com
