Rhodes to open second Dubai restaurant
Celebrity chef Gary Rhodes is to launch a Rhodes Twenty10-branded restaurant at the Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort + Spa in Dubai, UAE.
It is the chef's second venture in Dubai, following the Rhodes Mezzanine eatery at the Grosvenor House hotel.
He revealed the concept of Rhodes Twenty10 will be built around the idea of a "new generation of grill".
"Twenty10 will be a culinary grill with a difference," he said. "I want to give guests the chance to tailor-make their meal depending on their tastes and make the dining experience more sociable, by introducing sharing platters and offering a variety of flavours all on one plate."
