Ripped Gym partners with Jiu Jitsu team
Ripped Gym in Wych Elm, Harlow, Essex has secured an affiliate partnership with the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) Revolution Team.
As part of the agreement, Demetrius Ramos - the Jiu Jitsu Absolute Champion who has coached seven world champion BJJ fighters - will host public teaching lessons at the gym every Saturday.
Ripped Gym is a dedicated strength training facility with a range of equipment supplied by range of Hammer Strength and Cybex.
