The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee in the southeastern US state of Georgia is celebrating a new milestone after unveiling its newly renovated 27,000sq ft destination spa.

The vision behind the refresh was to create a luxurious oasis that redefines relaxation and rejuvenation for resort guests and travellers alike.

The newly revamped spa boasts 19 treatment rooms, dedicated steamrooms and saunas, an 8,000sq ft indoor pool and a modern gym offering solo, group and 24/7 on-demand training.

Additionally, a new beauty salon provides a range of services including eco-conscious, vegan nail care, professional hair styling, makeup and more.

Inspired by the beauty of the lakeside environment, design elements include a soothing palette of neutral textured walls, natural stone, grey oak, brass accents and forest green tiles, paying tribute to the lush splendour of the resort’s surroundings.

Introducing a fully refreshed spa menu, guests will find body wraps, masks and scrubs, specialised massages that cater to personaliaed wellness goals, custom-tailored facials and four new signature wellness treatments.

“We saw a strong demand for dedicated wellness experiences and are excited to finally debut this reinvigorated spa experience. The tailor-made treatments and offerings were carefully curated to bring the best of wellness to our slice of lakeside paradise.”

Complementing the reinvigorated spa offering, The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee will invite guests to experience additional wellness-led activities with a rotating schedule including water meditation, lakeside yoga, guided hikes and more.

For a deeper wellness journey, the spa will unveil a dedicated ‘wellness retreat’ in 2025 for a multi-day workshop with curated spa treatments, wellness activities, keynote speakers and more.
