Rodney Fitness Centre accredited by Quest
Perth and Kinross Leisure has announced that it has achieved the area’s first Quest Quality Accreditation.
Rodney Fitness Centre in Perth was the first of the trust’s centres to undergo external Quest assessment and achieved a 67 per cent assessment rating.
The centre’s manager, Graeme Lackie, said: “We are all very pleased with this excellent initial Quest result.
“We have been recognised by Quest as a quality leisure provider and the improvements and recommendations given by Quest can only benefit all our customers.”
The trust’s chief executive, Peter Bing, added: “This is an excellent initial assessment for Rodney Fitness Centre and indeed for Perth and Kinross Leisure.
“The company is committed to this process of continuous improvement for the benefit of all customers using our facilities and services and therefore managers and staff are now preparing the next PKL facility for assessment.
“This is a fine achievement which demonstrates that the company is at the forefront of service quality initiatives and people across Perth and Kinross will enjoy the benefits of these endeavors.”
