Roffey Park teaches management to Imperial War Museum
The Imperial War Museum is running a leadership and management development programme for its senior managers designed by Roffey Park, the executive education and research provider.
Sixty managers from the Imperial War Museums in London and Duxford, the Cabinet Rooms, HMS Belfast and the soon to open Imperial War Museum North, Manchester will take part. The six-day programme, which is split into two modules, will run five times taking groups of 12 at a time. The second module includes a choice of workshops so managers can focus on their particular needs.
'We're facing many challenges such as improving our collections, generating revenues and meeting our attendance targets,' said Janet Atkinson, head of personnel for the Imperial War Museum. 'This programme will equip our managers with appropriate modern management skills.' Details: www.roffeypark.com or [email protected]
