Rowley Manor Hotel sold for £1.3m
Rowley Manor Country House Hotel in Little Weighton, East Yorkshire, has been sold to theatre producer Brian Hewitt-Jones for £1.3m.
The Grade II listed Georgian manor hotel and function venue has 16 en-suite bedrooms, a 4.5-acre garden and a croquet lawn. Rowley Manor offers sole exclusivity to business parties and provides comprehensive wedding facilities.
Hewitt-Jones commented: “Our first impressions were that it is a beautiful building with so much potential. We’re hoping to organise summer jazz events, opera in the gardens and Shakespeare, like in Regent’s Park in London.”
Knight Frank represented Rowley Manor. Details: www.rowleymanor.com
