Royal Albert Hall appoints KSA
The Royal Albert Hall has appointed Bath-based consulting engineers King Shaw Associates (KSA) to implement recommendations made by the firm in 2005.
KSA will initially focus on improvements to the existing heating, cooling and ventilation installations.
However, Doug King, principal of KSA, said: “The impact of these works could have far-reaching consequences on the remainder of the building services infrastructure, so we have to take a holistic view of the whole building function.”
Preliminary work on the famous concert venue began in January this year.
