Royal Garden Hotel revamp drawing to a close
The private owners of the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, London, are close to reaching another milestone in the hotel's multi-million pound revamp project.
Work on updating the hotel's conferencing facilities, restaurants and bar will be completed in March.
The work follows the relaunch of the hotel's Grand Palace Suite in October 2009.
Further works at the hotel will include the complete refurbishment of bedrooms on the fifth and sixth floors.
Facilities at the hotel, which opened in 1965, include a Connoisseur-branded casino, a Soma Centre health spa, two restaurants, two bars and a fitness suite.
A spokesperson said: "The next phase of refurbishment happening at The Royal Garden Hotel in 2010 will complete a series of works that will now define the property."
