Rural Swansea projects secure investment
Swansea Council has announced that £4.7m is to be invested in rural Swansea projects over the next two years, which will include improvements to local sports facilities.
The development of youth services and plans to increase walking and cycling in areas such as Gower, Pennard and Penclawdd will also benefit from the local authority funding.
Swansea Council's Gareth Sullivan said: "This funding will help preserve the diversity and richness of our rural communities."
