SHOKK Tactics is a unique web-based activity management system designed specifically for the youth market.

Its advanced technology provides operators with an electronic method of logging and assessing childrens' activity and enables children to monitor their progress and improvements both on site and remotely via the internet.

SHOKK Tactics works on three levels - (1) user, ( 2) staff and (3) management - doing this by helping to improve the youth member experience, making the staff / member interaction and retention process more effective and offering managers clear concise reporting.

Featuring colourful graphics, sensitive questioning and straightforward functionality, the new system has been developed entirely with young people in mind.

Jonathan Williams, Managing Director, says: “We felt it was important to develop a system from scratch and not to try and adapt a product that was already available in the adult market. Children have very specific needs which we feel are not catered for by existing gym management systems.”

SHOKK Tactics is designed to appeal to any operator or education provider who values the importance of tracking user activity and creating an unrivalled user experience. In addition to providing children with an electronic record of individual activity, which can be accessed at any time from anywhere via the internet, the system also provides operators with a real time quantitative insight into youth activity and the physical benefits experienced as a result.

Williams adds: “Until now it has been very difficult to gather measurable information about children's activity. If we, as a nation, are to tackle the youth obesity crisis we need to take a more scientific approach to analysing our children's behaviour. SHOKK Tactics provides a tool with which to do this.”

The basic SHOKK Tactics package takes just a few hours to install, and comprises a dedicated computer loaded with all the necessary software, and a user console. A full staff training package is included along with ongoing telephone support.
