SPIN Fitness purchases Peak Pilates
SPIN Fitness (Mad Dogg Athletics, Inc.) has acquired the Colorado-based company Peak Pilates®.
One of the main benefits of the deal for SPIN Fitness is Peak Pilates' MVe® (Maximum Versatility Exercise) program, which is described as a heart-pumping, music-driven group exercise workout.
Commenting on the acquisition, John Baudhain, CEO of SPIN Fitness says: "We view their revolutionary MVe program as an unmatched group exercise solution that is fun, challenging and gets results. It enhances member retention while meeting demand for equipment-based Pilates programming."
