Salcombe Harbour Hotel to launch in March
The Salcombe Marine Hotel is set to reopen on 29 March 2010 after being acquired by an independent hotel chain.
Harbour Hotels Group has taken over the 53-bedroom property and will relaunch it as a four star hotel.
To be called Salcombe Harbour Hotel, the property boasts a restaurant, an indoor swimming pool and health club as well as a sun terrace.
lead by managing director Mark Godfrey, the Harbour Hotels Group currently operates hotels in St Ives, Sidmouth and Christchurch, as well as the Rhodes South restaurant in Christchurch which the company operates in partnership with chef Gary Rhodes.
