Salford Community Leisure launches Sports Focus month
Salford Community Leisure has launched its Sports Focus campaign to raise children’s awareness of the opportunities in the city for them to keep active.
Events will be held at all Fit City venues (leisure centres) in Salford through March, which has been designated as Sports Focus month.
The campaign has been sponsored by Countryside Properties and the local paper the Salford Advertiser will be featuring free vouchers, competitions and dedicating an article a week to the campaign. BBC North West will be following the progress of two children to see if are active.
