Wahanda Connect is providing a booking service to spas and salons.

Thai London Therapy, which launched four months ago, signed up with Wahanda to set up a service menu and range of offers.

The founder, Yanapat Jackson said: “I find that the online reviews help me fine-tune the customer experience and keep excellent standards in service and client experience.”

Body Essential in London offers cutting, colouring, and dressing hair, beauty treatments including hair removal, facials, massage and nails, and uses Wahanda Connect to bring in new clients.

Owner Giacomo Pullara said: “Many of our customers want the convenience of booking online rather than ringing up. Our customers have given us feedback and they are impressed with how easy and fast it is to book through Wahanda.”
