Saracens networking programme draws to a close
Life After 7, the programme of business networking gatherings organised by Saracens Rugby Football Club (SRFC), has completed its second season of events.
The fourth and final event of the 2009-10 season, held this morning (26 March) at Adelaide House near London Bridge, saw entrepreneurs Nick Leslau and Nigel Wray offer delegates their views on the state of the economy, individual companies, the property sector, residential markets and equities.
The talks were followed by a question and answer session as well as networking opportunities.
The Life After 7 scheme is named after - and organised by - former Saracens flanker and World Cup winning England rugby international Richard Hill MBE, who is currently SRFC's business development manager.
Hill told Sports Management he is currently in the process of confirming dates and speakers for a third programme of events next season.
"Today's event was the first we've held away from our usual base, the Old Albanians Rugby Football Club," he said.
"We will be looking to organise further events in central London during next season as today's meeting has proven to be a great way to attract new audiences."
Anyone wishing to keep informed of future Life After 7 events can do so by registering their interest at the Saracens website (www.saracens.com) or by emailing Richard Hill at [email protected].
Saracens are playing the last of their three games at Wembley Stadium this season on 17th April against Harlequins. Ticket prices start at £5.
