Second Pho site opens in London
Pho, the Vietnamese restaurant company, has opened its second site in London, with plans to open more sites next year.
Following their first site in Clerkenwell, Stephen and Juliette Hall have opened their second London site on Great Titchfield Street, near Oxford Circus.
The 60-cover restaurant is spread over two floors, and serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine, including the rice-noodle soup dish from which the chain gets its name.
Working in partnership with gastropub entrepreneurs Tom and Ed Martin, who were responsible for The Gun in the city’s Docklands, the Halls plan to open their next site in White City in October, and have a further three in the pipeline for 2009.
