Sheffield United offers training facilities to corporate guests
Sheffield United have unveiled a new corporate package where guests are offered the chance to play at the club’s training facilities in Shirecliffe, as well as receive a stadium tour and watch the team play.
The Blades, as the club is known, will allow companies to play football at its Forsyth Academy, before eating and drinking at the club’s Tunnel Bar on John Street.
Guests will then receive a tour of the stadium and be able to watch one of United’s Premiership matches at Bramall Lane.
Jason Rockett, chief executive at Sheffield United, said: “The opportunity brings together the first-class football facilities we have at Forsyth Academy and the club’s restaurant and bar into one offer. These facilities are ideal for a number of corporate events.”
Teesland iOG, Sheffield United’s sponsor, has already played fellow property company Jones Lang LaSalle at the Academy and, according to Rockett, were “suitably impressed”. Teesland iOG won 5-4. Details: www.sufc.premiumtv.co.uk
