Singapore salutes tourism stars
The Conrad Centennial Singapore hotel was voted Hotel of the Year at the Singapore Tourism Board's annual tourism awards.
The awards honour individuals and organisations that provide excellent service in the hotel, attractions, food and beverage, entertainment, retail and travel agency sectors of the industry. This year's awards saw a record 92,000 nominations for 21 categories.
Other winners included Singapore Zoological Gardens for Leisure Attraction of the Year and Centro the Club for Nightspot of the Year.
