So to open sushi bar
Tetsuro Hama, owner of the So restaurant in London’s Soho, has announced plans to open an upstairs sushi bar at the site.
The extension, to be called So Sushi, aims to follow in the footsteps of the main restaurant by using fresh organic produce.
The new opening is part of the refurbishment of So Restaurant, which also includes a new décor designed by Russell Sage.
