Society girls to buy stake in nightclub
Two women from the premier league of 'It Girls'; Paris Hilton, heir to the Hilton hotel chain and Ivanka Trump, daughter of property tycoon, Donald Trump, are investing in The Collection nightclub in South Kensington reports the Evening Standard.
The pair, both of whom are renowned for enjoying a party, are usually to be found in New York, St Tropez and Hollywood, but seem to have an interest in extending their social calendar to include London.
The club's owner, Jay Bolina, has confirmed that the two women will have shares of around £1m each.
It is expected that the pair, and their respective groups of friends and associates, will become a regular part of the London scene.
The club is already an exclusive venue, with 'face scouts' on the door who turn away anyone not making the grade, and has hosted many a celebrity gathering, including those of Kylie Minogue, Mariah Carey and Lionel Ritchie.
