Spa Life has announced a change of venue for this year's UK networking event for spa professionals; the event will now be held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, not at the Telford International Centre as was previously announced.

“The Metropole is a superb venue offering the perfect ambience and ideal layout for a professional networking event,” said event director Mike Fitch. “The inter-connectivity of the internal spaces ensure that this year’s event will be much more compact, with ease of access between the activity areas, including the Expo, the ‘speed-dating’ forum and the conference rooms, which is very important for our delegates.”

Spa Life UK attracts around 500 spa professionals and will occupy the whole of the Metropole’s Monarch Suite, which also has its own dedicated entrance, meaning the convention will be completely self-contained.

The Birmingham Metropole is adjacent to the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) and enjoys close transport links, with the local rail station and Birmingham International Airport both less than 15 minutes away.

Founded in 2010, Spa Life UK has grown 20 per cent year on year, and offers a combination of networking opportunities, dedicated meetings, exposure to new product innovations and management education over two days.

This year's event takes place 14-15 November.
