Spa for Four Seasons Ocean Residences
Hotel operator Four Seasons has announced plans for Ocean Residences, a fully residential ship which will offer a full-service spa among other leisure facilities.
Developed by BV International Ocean Holdings, the 719ft (219m) long, 13-deck ship will launch in 2010 and offer 112 private residences with one to four bedrooms.
The residences range in size from 800 to 7,000sq ft with interiors by Tillberg Design, US.
With 70,000sq ft (6,503sq m) of public space on the Ocean Residences, leisure and wellness amenities include a 11,000sq ft (1,021sq m) Four Seasons Spa as well as extensive fitness facilities and four restaurants.
During the first two years, the ship will follow a fixed itinerary which will include visits to Antarctica, the Amazon, the London 2012 Olympics and the Grand Prix in Monaco.
