Spa software provider TAC acquires online portal wellnessbooking.com
Spa software provider The Assistant Company, or TAC, has acquired German booking platform wellnessbooking.com, a provider of discounted wellness and beauty treatments within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
TAC operates Reservation Assistant and Club Assistant, which support operations in the hospitality industry. TAC and wellnessbooking.com have been working together since 2012, and have implemented an interface between Reservation Assistant and the booking platform.
“We’ve been delighted by the beginning of the innovative wellnessbooking.com concept,” said Thomas Roessler, managing director of TAC. “Through the acquisition, we can add extra value in the spa and wellness industry.”
