SpaFinder presents visionary award
Global spa resource SpaFinder has awarded the founder of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, Dr Andrew Weil, with its seventh annual visionary award.
SpaFinder President Susie Ellis commented: "Dr Weil has worked tirelessly to bridge the worlds of medicine and spa. We are proud to present this award to a true visionary who is helping so many lead healthier, happier lives."
The award is presented each year to an outstanding contributor to the spa and wellness industries. Previous recipients include Juva Medi-Spa founder Bruce E Katz; Howard Murad, MD, the anti-ageing skin pioneer; Deepak Chopra, author and founder of the Chopra Center for Well Being and Canyon Ranch founders Enid and Mel Zuckerman.
