Star Trac acquires Flex Fitness

CV fitness products group Star Trac has aquired Flex Fitness Inc., the California-based strength equipment brand.
The deal will see Star Trac retaining the employees, product line, commercial heritage, location and Flex brand of Flex Fitness and incorporating them as a wholly owned subsidiary, Star Trac Strength Inc.
Flex Fitness has more than 100 strength products, including the Flex Classic and Flex Platinum lines. The Star Trac range features the new Pro Series bikes and treadmills, elliptical trainers, indoor cycling bikes and stair climbers.
