Starwood moves Westin brand into Croatia
The Westin Zagreb Hotel is set to open in Croatia at the beginning of 2004.
Located near the heart of Zagreb, the hotel will offer 362 rooms and suites, meeting facilities, two restaurants and two bars, a health and beauty centre with a swimming pool and a business centre.
The hotel has been rebranded from the Hotel Opera and is the first Westin property in the country, although its parent company, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, already has a presence in Croatia with the Sheraton Zagreb Hotel, which opened in 1996.
