Starwood strikes partnership to target golf travellers

Starwood Hotels & Resorts has teamed up with Nike Golf to create a marketing partnership to market Starwood Golf Vacations to golfers.

Starwood's golf vacations offers golfers holidays in more than 80 of its golf resorts around the world as well as access to USA PGA TOUR tournament player championship courses.

The partnership with Nike Golf is a win-win situation for Starwood, says its president of technology and revenue systems: 'Not only do we gain value from partnering with an incredible brad, but we are able to provide our guests with Nike Golf equipment as booking incentive and value-added benefits in our promotions.'
