Strategic Hotels appoints Cyril Sweett
Strategic Hotels & Resorts has appointed international construction consultancy Cyril Sweett to provide project management, cost consultancy and planning supervision services for the Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel in Mayfair, London.
In addition, Cyril Sweett will oversee the £30m refurbishment of the five-star hotel’s public areas, 236 bedrooms and executive apartments – anticipated to take two years – alongside London-based United Designers.
The hotel also features a fitness centre, Gordon Ramsey’s Maze restaurant and the Cobalt restaurant and lounge as well as a ballroom and meeting space. Details: www.cyrilsweett.com
