Super Bowl boss buys into Man United
Malcolm Glazer, owner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Super Bowl champions, has reportedly paid more than $14m for a 2.9 per cent stake in premiership football club Manchester United.
The purchase is just less than the three per cent threshold above which an interest must be declared to the London Stock Exchange and comes after it was revealed last week that tv magnate Jon de Mol has bought a stake of a similar size. Detail: www.manunited.co.uk
