Swimming pathway partnership announced
The British Gas ASA Learn to Swim framework will for the first time be extended to under four-year-olds following a partnership agreement between the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) and two commercial partners.
Baby swimming specialists Water Babies and the Institute of Swimming (IoS) have signed a Skills Pledge to provide education and training in baby and pre-school swimming, creating the only ASA externally accredited programme for under four year olds.
The partnership will provide a seamless swimmer pathway, linking the Water Babies baby and toddler programmes into the British Gas ASA Learn to Swim framework. For more details on the ASA swim framework, click here.
