TOR Systems has installed its Maxim high speed booking and admissions system at HMS Belfast and it will soon be rolled out to the four other Imperial War Museum sites, which includes the newly opened Imperial War Museum North.

Maxim is designed to handle multiple functions, a necessity for large sites, including walk up ticketing, advanced and educational booking and corporate hospitality.

Geraldine Philpott, project manager, said: 'The Imperial War Museum chose TOR Systems after a lengthy selection process. It's ease of use and ability to expand to meet the Museum's ever-changing requirements mean it was the ideal choice.'

TOR Systems recently hosted its first TOR Systems User Group, at the British Museum, to provide a forum for users of its Maxim software.

This allowed customers to share knowledge, exchange ideas and enhance their skills, through a day consisting of informal group discussions, formal presentations and open question and answer session with a panel of Maxim software experts.

The next user group will be held at the end of the year. Details: +44 (0)1782 644755 or www.torsystems.co.uk
