Target Fitness+ Romiley to open new £0.3m studio
A new £300,000 fitness studio is due to open later this month at Target Fitness+ Romiley, in Cheshire.
Jon Baker, general manager, said: "Due to the ever increasing numbers of classes and customers we felt that in order to keep customers happy and provide the required larger size classes the new studio was imperative for this thriving centre."
The new studio was funded by Stockport Sports Trust, which manages the facility.
"Increasing capacity and extending the product offering in terms of classes is essential to meet the demand of the area as the popularity of classes and fitness substantially outweighs the old studio capacity," said Andrea Pankiw, business development manager for Stockport Sports Trust.
The opening of the new facility means that the existing studio will now be refurbished and used to extend the current fitness suite, which will also see further investment in new equipment from Life Fitness.
