Tchenguiz 's Hilton hotel sale
Property mogul Vincent Tchenguiz is to reportedly put 10 Hilton hotels up for sale in the next few weeks.
It is understood that the hotels for sale could include the Hilton London Hyde Park and a number of other UK outlets.
The £500m collection will be sold as a sale-and-leaseback deal on long inflation-linked leases.
Tchenguiz’s private company, Consensus, in partnership with hotel entrepreneur Dror Pasha, purchased the portfolio a few years ago for £338m.
