Tecton acquires Bermuda hotels
Miami-based Tecton Hospitality has signed an agreement to manage two hotels in Bermuda.
The two properties, located on the island’s south shore, are the 24-room Grape Bay Beach Hotel and the Surfside Beach Club, which boasts 38 cottages and suites as well as a private beach.
Raul Leal, president of Tecton Hospitality, said: “We are delighted to have these two boutique properties in Bermuda in our portfolio. They are conveniently located near the beaches, golfing and the town of Hamilton.
“We have captured two gems on the island that will be undergoing renovations. They are scheduled to be included in our Desires Hotels modern boutique collection in 2010.”
