Telford regeneration underway
Building work on the £250m Southwater complex in Telford is now underway. The centre, which includes a mix of cinema, restaurants, bars, hotels, offices and housing, is slated to open in 18 months.
Citygrove Developments is leading the leisure element and Zizzi’s, Nando’s, Chimichanga’s, Wagamama, Harvester, Bella Italia, Pizza Express and Premier Inn have been announced as tenants.
Chair of Citygrove, Toby Baines says the development is attracting high quality tenants and is confident that a first class leisure destination will be delivered.
