YO! Sushi has appointed Miles Templeman to the position of non-executive chair.

He will work to lead and focus the board while interfacing between YO! Sushi and Primary Capital, which bought the company for £10m in 2003.

Templeman has over 30 years marketing, retail and leisure experience, having previously held non-executive and consultancy positions on a variety of boards.

Templeman said: “I am very excited at the prospect of joining the young and dynamic management team at YO! Sushi during this exciting period of growth.

“The brand as enormous potential, both in the UK and overseas, and I look forward to developing and growing the business with the team.”
