Tenants named for new-look Edinburgh venue
Edinburgh-based Salt 'n' Sauce Promotions and Jamie's Italian are to take up residence at the Scottish capital's historic Assembly Rooms venue following a refurbishment project.
Salt 'n' Sauce Promotions - the company behind The Stand Comedy Clubs - is to operate the venue during August's Edinburgh Festival Fringe from next summer. Meanwhile, Jamie's Italian will open a new outlet in the Grade A-listed building's Supper Room and will be chef Jamie Oliver's first venture in Edinburgh.
