Thames Club for sale
Sheffield United FC (SUFC) is selling The Thames Club in Staines, Surrey.
The 10-acre health & fitness site – which was purpose-built five years ago – features two floors covering 31,300sq ft (2,900sq m).
John Stacey, head of property at SUFC, said: “The Thames Club was acquired as part of our wider business strategy and having successfully grown the business during our ownership, we are now looking to concentrate resources towards premiership status for the Blades.”
Christie + Co is managing the sale.
