With just days to go, there is a last minute surge in registration for those not wishing to miss the Event Production Show at Olympia on 2-3 February. With a record number of new launches announced at the exhibition, professional event organisers will be the first to see some inspiring new products and services.

Arena Seating's comprehensive range includes permanent seating, temporary sports grandstands ideal for clubs and stadiums of any size, such as the lightweight Arena LT Grandstand, along with temporary theatre seating and spectator facilities. With the increasing success of the company's proven temporary parabolic tiered clearview(TM) system across Europe, Arena Seating is uniquely placed to deliver to each client's specifications at any event.

IdeSystems is launching several new products including distribution boards to support the events and AV sectors while Arc International Event Specialists will debut a new division of Apex Insurance Services for event organisers worldwide.

Event production specialists One Big Star are designing and producing two of the main feature areas at the show, including 'Live at the Grand' where there will be non-stop entertainment and they will also provide all sound and lighting. They are also the creative team behind 'Event Fest', the networking bar area at the heart of the show which will be themed around a music festival. The Access Sessions are a must see with Glastonbury's Michael Eavis and Karen Earl, chairman of the European Sponsorship Association, and her own sponsorship specialist company Synergy.

To find out more and to register, log on to www.eventproductionshow.co.uk Free registration is available on arrival at the Show from 10am-5pm.
