The Retention People and Gladstone team up
The Retention People (RTP) has agreed a deal with Gladstone Health & Leisure (GHL) to include GHL to the list of official 'Certified Retention Partners'.
The partner programme was launched by TRP in early 2010 to engage suppliers and trade organisations in sharing the importance of retention and disseminating research to their respective customer bases.
Under the terms of the partnership, TRP will share its latest retention research with GHL on a quarterly basis and deliver educational workshops for its customers.
